Direct Billing
Please note we offer direct billing for those that qualify and accept our terms. Some companies almost always allow direct billing such as GreatWest Life and Greenshield. Some companies never allow it such as Sunlife, ClaimSecure, and Industrial Alliance. Others- such as Manulife- may allow it depending upon your policy. For us to proceed with direct billing we need to verify your coverage directly with the insurance company. If you are interested in direct billing please bring your policy and certificate number and inform us before your treatment. If we are unable to verify your coverage, or if you are not eligible, we would bill you directly and provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company.
